The project involves the redevelopment of a tub of mixed form that originally contained a water feature, now abandoned for design problems of hydraulic and maintenance and a rectangular pool in front of the main facade.
The redevelopment of the mixed bath involves restoring the water feature, creating a composition of boulders, gravel and stones typical, properly selected together with low-maintenance plants, like hostas varied, ferns, azaleas and pieris, but the visual impact remarkable. Even the technical part and hydraulics has been designed and developed to create a targeted
and continuous flow of water to the tree species.
The rectangular pool overlooking the main facade was designed to accommodate stones, pebbles, gravel and plants low-maintenance, such as roses flourishing, a strong visual impact.
