The project involves the construction of a an apartment located in Tavagnacco, fraction Feletto Umberto, north of the city of Udine. The will of the Customer was to redevelop the housing units recently built and the first input, so that the apartment could have a fresh appearance and welcoming and most stylistically.
The will of the Client has been obtained using current materials, such as a pre-finished teak wood plank for all local, is the part living-kitchen-bathroom that the disengagement-sleeping area. The bathroom has been the subject of a radical intervention, with the use of a new coating for the walls, with the use of a warm tone lapped stone, of vessels suspended with modern design and quality ceramics and with the use of natural woods such as American walnut and oak treated with oil. One wall of the master bedroom was covered in lime spatula to provide a warm and typical environment. The use of furniture made to measure and design exclusively made in Italy characterize both the master bedroom to the living area.
The concept was developed taking into account the systems, both mechanical and electrical, which are designed also according to the distribution of the interior spaces. The living area, open plan, is designed to provide emergency lighting in the premises for all daylight hours and the solution was well received by the clients.
The formal purity has inspired the functional principles of 'housing units, both in the internal rooms available in the choice of materials used. Among the distinctive elements of the project is reminiscent of the use of matt white lacquered doors, a careful study of the interior spaces and the lighting of the entrance and the use of lighting fixtures of furniture, in order to enhance the simplicity of the furnishings in larch bleached kitchen and white and gray lacquered for the wall system. The relaxation area was enhanced by placing a clean design sofa from a formal point of view which has been assessed by the clients also particularly comfortable and functional. A large terrace complete the unit that has been furnished with a table-chairs composition in natural cedar.
