The project involves the construction of a villa located in Codroipo (UD) and the development of its interior concept.
Think of the building together with the Client in its entirety has resulted in a key job in hand, to think not only the architectural-structural part but also the provision and supply of materials, fixtures and furnishings. The villa insists on a generously sized lot. The formal purity has inspired the functional principles of the villa, both in the internal rooms available in the choice of materials used. The concept was developed taking into account the systems, both mechanical and electrical, which are designed also according to the distribution of the interior spaces.
The will of the Customers had to get a villa with important dimensions and living spaces have been designed accordingly, to have the living area on one floor and the sleeping area and the services on a mezzanine level. There are two architectural-building elements of the project, the internal staircase connecting the living areas and the fireplace to have a distinctive local architecture element. The villa is complete with a basement tavern function and Related Services.
The building has been designed to provide emergency lighting in the premises for all daylight hours and the solution was well received by the clients.
