The concept envisages the construction of an apartment located in the seaside resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD).
The will of the Customer was to have an exclusive, although a summer residence and irregular.
The will of the Client has been obtained using current materials, such as resin cement for the part-kitchen-living room, and the bedroom area are designed for pre-finished oak wood planks, from the tangible. Particular attention has been given to the terrace with the use of composite wood boards, in order to ensure an environment with a refined design and the qualitative value, functional and aesthetic. Just the terrace, the view of the apartment proximity to the sea, becomes the heart of the apartment, with a sitting area, dining and food preparation. Also the supply of the furniture was carefully prepared with the use of soft colors, also combined to give a typical environment of the seaside resort,
yet stylish and functional.
The living area is designed to provide emergency lighting in the premises for all daylight hours and the solution was well received by the clients.
